Nothing spruces up your home like a nice fresh coat of paint. But did you know that not all modern paints were meant for your house? With superior product and material knowledge we will help you get the best products for the longevity of your structure. When you choose Meadowlark to work on your home you can rest assured that a trustworthy, clean, and professional team will not only do the job right the first time, but will clean up after themselves and leave your home better than they found it.
Floor Plan Review
With a knack for spotting problems before they happen Laura is one of the best people to have look over your plans. Saving you time and money before it’s all set in concrete. As a mother of 6 she has the actual lived experience when it comes to getting a home to function at its best, not just theory. From great function comes superior form.
Custom Carpentry and Remodel
Many of the homes in our beautiful Bitterroot Valley are in need of updating. We all know it, yet many contractors prefer to just build new. Not us, we see value in mature landscaping, established neighborhoods, and often times the superior materials that were used in these older homes. With extensive local knowledge we can help you pick out your perfect fixer upper and then custom tailor a plan that keeps the integrity of the building, while also designing the home for your own needs.
Landscape Design
We’ve all heard that your exterior spaces are an extension of you home, but at Meadowlark Home and Design we actually believe it. Many people are intimidated by plants, and rightfully so! We can help you pick great plants for your location while taking things like deer and rabbit pressure seriously. Creating a beautiful home inside and out.
Site Planning
You have your beautiful new plot of land. Now what? Where does the driveway go? Which way does the house face? There is more to placing a house than just the view. Have you considered which rooms you want to have morning light? Or which way the wind blows? What about access? With extensive local knowledge we can help you have a home that lives and ages well.
Let us come walk the property with you and hear all about your dreams and ambitions for your new home. Then together we can come up with a plan custom tailored to you.
